Water installing new countertops, we needed our kitchen plumbing (faucet, garbage disposal, osmosis water filter) reconnection and the sewer drain aligned with the new sink. Same Day had a technician at out house within 3 hours of calling them. Our technician Gabriel G was pleasant, professional and smart. He communicated clearly about our situation, presented multiple pricing options, encouraged us to ask questions and patiently answered them. Gabriel was knowledgeable about building codes, and various plumbing materials. He was able to think in his feet and solve our drain alignment issue efficiently. For these reasons we are happy to recommend Gabriel G and Same Day.

Taylor came next day to repair a hole in our hot water line. He was very nice. Very knowledgeable and did a great job! Fair pricing, they don’t charge hourly. Just a $30 fee for the trip out and then they come up with a few options/pricing of how to fix the issue. Would definitely work with him again! Before and after.

Same Day made our day! Matt showed up on time and they even send you a link so you can track the technician’s progress to your home! Friendly and diagnosed problem quickly and answered any and all questions! Honest and frank about the condition of our 20yr old furnace. Appreciated all he do and the time he took to answer our questions and concerns. On to a new furnace!! Next day, Jay and Todd gave us a call when they were 15min out and when they arrived they introduced themselves and went right to work! They took time to put protective coverings on the floor and didn’t stop working until the job was done!! Even ran new thermostat line that I’d unknowingly damaged years ago! Then they cleaned up everything and took the time to explain the new system and answer any questions we had! Professional and courteous throughout!! Outstanding service from SameDay, especially Braden! He quickly investigated and addressed an electrical issue at my home in North Ogden. Braden was professional, compassionate, and even waived the initial inspection fee when I was short on cash. On the day of the repair, he worked efficiently and reduced my final bill significantly. Matt Hanson was wonderful!! He was so kind and personable. He did an amazing job!! He explained everything to me and showed me the melted motor on our heater. He replaced the motor, but also shared some options for preventative maintenance in the future. So polite and helpful!! He’d be one you ask for by name, for sure.
